Caption Time - June 2008

We are a friendly bunch at the Nene Valley Railway and one thing we do enjoy is a good laugh, especially at each other or indeed at our own expense. For this reason, and in keeping with tradition of our in-house magazine "Nene Steam" and "TPO" website, we offer to you a monthly picture, which you can add your own caption. 	"Matt doesn't want to 'Rock DJ'!" Matt's reaction to DJ's morris dancing. Matt makes a break for freedom as DJ wants to shunt more stock Matt was adamant that he could do his ironing on the platform much to David's enjoyment.

	Matt's desperate attempts to restrain the fare evader failed when it was noticed he had escaped over the end of the platform. David attempts a new calibrated "annettes" lock. NVR mobile ironing pressing and folding service. Following on from last months S&T dept attempts to locate "mecca" Matt tries a new method of location. Obviously he became the butt of many jokes!!!

Tabloid newspaper readers not surprised to see yob-culture has spread to Nene Valley railway as 'old bootboy' punishes man who thinks he's a dog by giving him a "right proper mashing!" Matt: "Look, there's one of those rare beetles I read about!" David: "Never mind, I'm wearing my beetle crushers!"
