Nene Valley Railway is more than just a train ride. Throughout the summer weekends you will find a vintage bus (or two) working from Wansford station, or the Travelling Post Office carriage set demonstrating how mail used to be moved and sorted at night. At other times you will see both steam and diesel traction working alongside each other. Because we’re an international railway you’ll also see locomotives and coaching stock from across Europe, a unique offering from NVR.
