An all British GROOVY Weekend

Re-live the change over period from steam to diesel.

Join in the fun and come dressed up in 60s gear.

Attractions

Horses
These shires will be attending both days to demonstrate how the railways used to depend upon horses for many tasks.
The team who look after the horses will be more than happy to talk about the horses and how they go together with the railways.
The horses will also be wearing various LMS and BR Railway Harness and Brasses.

Other Attractions
Vintage bus service - see seperate timetable.
Goods train, including box vans, open wagons and a brake van.
Travelling Post Office in operation, including exchanges of mail on the move.
Only British stock in use.
The turntable will be in use on both days.
LIVE BAND - Music provided by Don't Look Now who will perform many of the classic songs from the sixties.
Real ALE.
Trains start from Wansford at 09:00.
A special timetable will be in operation.
